Zentyss offers a wide range of PVC pipes for both water and sewerage facilities as for electrical facilities. They can be delivered in a wide variety of sizes and lengths.

Protective tubes for electrical cables

Protective tubes for electrical cables are used inside buildings in order to protect electrical installations cables and communication systems cables, up to 1000 Vca and / or 1500 Vcc.

Outer diameter: 11/13/16/18/20/25/32/40/50 mm

Wall thickness varies between 1-2 mm depending on outer diameter.

Delivery is made in bulk or packages in 3 m bars, bound with resistant wires.

Tubes and pipes for electrical installations in buried system

Tubes and pipes for electrical installations in buried system are used for the protection of insulated cables and pipes, from electric and telecommunication systems, up to 1000 Vca and / or 1500 Vcc.

Pipes and tubes in this category have a plug at one end - simply plug for solvent blend.

Pipes for water systems and industrial fluids

Pipes for water systems and industrial fluids are designed for potable water transportation, of sewage (in technological installations) and in the transport of non-corrosive liquids for PVC. Maximum temperature of liquid in tubes will be of + 60 grade C.

Pipes for internal drainage

Internal drainage pipes are designed for sewage and in of non-corrosive liquids for PVC transpotation. Maximum liquids temperature in tubes will be + 60°C. Liquids pressure in the pipes will have a maximum of 2.5 bar.

Delivery is made in: bars of 2m, 4m and 6m in bulk or in racks.

Storage: in covered areas or protected from the sunlight direct action. It is recommended the storage to be done in the temperature range of +5°C to +40° C. Those that have been stored at temperatures below + 5°C will be stored at least 24 hours at a temperature between + 15°C and +25°C before assemblage.

All products are nontoxic for the environment, can be recycled and do not destroy the ozone layer.
