SC Zentyss SRL Bucuresti is founded, in December 2008, by merging the production facilities from Arad and Buzau and the distribution company for building materials, SC Zentyss Grup SRL.This process consolidated the activity of those three companies and simplified the commercial transaction, in the benefit of the clients, valuing the benefit of united management structures and geographic locations, of participating companies in the merger.
